• Hi everyone I was recently given a pioneer ddj-sb2 controller for my 14th birthday. I have really enjoyed playing with it on our desktop Mac but when I try to connect it to my laptop (surface pro with the latest version of Windows installed and serato DJ intro) serato says hardware disconnected. I have looked through the audio settings on both the computer and serato. For some reason only the jog wheels work when it is connected to my surface pro. The twin deck screen with the virtual platters do not show up. I have the exact setup in terms of wiring and speakers only the computer is different. If anyone has expirenced this problem or can help that would be greatly appricated. Thanks
